William “Will” R. Bolinger, Esq., is an Associate Attorney with the firm. Mr. Bolinger focuses his practice on Trust, Estate, and Guardianship Litigation & Administration. Mr. Bolinger earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. In addition, Mr. Bolinger was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association for the 2019-2020 term.

Mr. Bolinger began his legal career as a General Civil Litigation attorney in South Florida before transitioning to Trust and Estate Law, Probate, and Guardianship. Mr. Bolinger also previously represented youths in the Palm Beach County foster care system through the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County’s Juvenile Advocacy Project. Prior to obtaining his J.D., Mr. Bolinger earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from Florida Atlantic University.
