New Attorney Announcement

We are proud to announce new attorney Cliff Klein, Esq., has joined Huth, Pratt and Milhauser in Boca Raton, FL as an Associate Attorney.

Cliff Klein, Esq. is an associate attorney with the firm.  Mr. Klein focuses on trust, estate, probate, and guardianship litigation.  Mr. Klein earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law where he served on the Student Bar Association, Mock Trial Team and the Chief Justice of the Law School Honor Court.  Prior to obtaining his J.D. he earned a BBA with a major in Management from Florida Atlantic University.   

Mr. Klein brings a unique and diverse background to the firm, with experience in criminal prosecution, financial services litigation, and property damage litigation. He began his career giving back to the community by serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami Dade County.  Following this, Mr. Klein transitioned into the consumer finance industry representing national banking institutions in real estate and financial disputes.  Subsequently, he focused on property damage claims, representing clients in cases involving various types of property losses. This experience provides Mr. Klein a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of litigation across different legal fields, which he now applies to his estate litigation practice. 

Mr. Klein is a Boca Raton native and an active member of the South Florida Legal Community.
