What is the law in Florida on enforcing a no contest clause in a will?

In Florida no contest clauses are invalid as they are against public policy. Therefore if a will contains a provision that states that a beneficiary is cut out of the estate, if they can test the will it will have no effect on the dispositive provisions of the will.
