About Sam Moghadam, Esq.
Sam Moghadam, Esq. is an associate attorney with the firm. Mr. Moghadam focuses on trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. Mr. Moghadam earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in Health Law. Prior to obtaining his J.D., Mr. Moghadam earned his B.A. with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Law from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Moghadam began his legal career as a Personal Injury attorney in South Florida before transitioning to trust and estate law, probate, and asset protection.
Prior to obtaining his J.D., Mr. Moghadam worked for ESPN, reporting on the Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, and Florida Marlins. Mr. Moghadam is a proud Palm Beach County native. He is also active in the soccer community as well as in the legal community. He is currently a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, as well as the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar.
