HPM Firm Spotlight: Sam Moghadam, Esq. Appointed as Director at FAU Dean’s Advisory Board

Huth, Pratt & Milhauser, PLLC is thrilled to announce that Sam Moghadam, Esq. has been appointed as a Director on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and
Letters at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida.

As the youngest member of the board, Sam will serve as a key representative for young
professionals in our community. In his new role on the Dean’s Advisory Board, Sam will
provide strategic advice to the College of Arts and Letters, helping students to align
academic programs and helping expand the universities’ vision.

Sam is an Attorney and a native to South Florida. He joined Huth, Pratt & Milhauser,
PLLC in 2023, a law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, that focuses on trust, estate,
and guardianship law. Sam focuses his practice on litigated or disputed matters. Sam
earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in May 2019, where he
distinguished himself on the Law Review and graduated with a concentration in Health
Law. Prior to obtaining his J.D., Sam graduated from FAU in December 2015 with a B.A.
in Economics and a minor in Business Law. During his time at FAU, he was notably
recognized as a recipient of the Business Leader of the Year Scholarship in April 2014.
Prior to obtaining his J.D. and while at FAU, Sam worked for ESPN, reporting on the
Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, and Miami Marlins. He is also active in
the community, where he contributes his time to giving back to youth sports. He is
currently a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers
Section, Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, as well as the Real Property,
Probate, and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar.
